Refunds
Europe
We accept refunds for everything related to Europe, when packs have not been opened and they are returned to us unharmed. All extra shipping costs are for the customer.

Outside of Europe
Outside of Europe, we will only accept refunds if the customer takes all charges upon him, if we are not at fault of the refund. This also means that the objects have to return in the original packaging and be unharmed upon arrival.
